Senior Associate
Practice area:
Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Commercial Law, Litigation and Arbitration
Experience: transaction support and advice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, due diligence, support in the establishment and operation of joint ventures, antimonopoly legislation and disputes, dispute resolution, international transportation and storage, customs clearance, and import and export operations, restructuring of corporate liabilities, procurement and registration of licenses and consents, support in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution, case preparation and consultation, preparation of other litigation documentation, representation before Russian and international courts and arbitration institutions, support in the enforcement of judicial rulings and court decisions, legal support in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.
Skills: English fluent (including legal and business terminology), legal writing both Russian and English, strong analytical and communicational skills.
Reporting relationship: The position will report to Partner.
Job description: Legal practice development. Managing and performing clients assignments. Attracting new clients.

Compensation: Fixed salary plus variable depending on the amount of billable hours. Bonus for attracting new clients.

Experience: transaction support and advice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, due diligence, support in the establishment and operation of joint ventures, restructuring of corporate liabilities, procurement and registration of work permits for international employees, employment regulation and ongoing day-to-day operations.
Skills: English fluent (including legal and business terminology), legal writing both Russian and English, strong analytical and communicational skills.
Reporting relationship: The position will report to Senior Associate or Partner.
Job description: Managing and performing client's assignments. Assistance to the Firm's senior staff in performing of the client's assignments. Research, analytical and marketing work. Business development work.

Compensation: Fixed salary plus bonus for attracting new clients.
